If you want to format your phone you can do this process by your phone’s keys. Before formatting please backup all your datas and files. And your battery level must be over %50. Remove the sim card and memory card from phone. Turn off the phone.

Simultaneously press and hold the volume up + home + on-off keys. When you see the samsung logo on screen, release the on-off key but press and hold the other keys. After 2-3 seconds the phone will be on by Recovery Mode. Use the volume down key to select wipe data/factory setting option. Press the home key and select yes – delete all user data finally press home again to confirm formatting process. Now you can select reboot system now to restart your phone.
